PART 4 – A SYNOPSIS OF “WAITING TO EXHALE: IT’S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY”

[The final post of the 4 part series]

MOVING FORWARD

What shall we do about the here and now, the “today?”  Will it just be another day of waiting for something to change, for life to get back to “normal,” to get better?  Are we going to keep “getting ready to get ready?”

We are never going to get this time back, friends.  While we wait, another day is gone.  While we wonder and worry and speculate, another opportunity disappears.

Remember, it’s okay to not be okay, but giving up is not okay.

RETHINK, RECLAIM, REBUILD, REEMERGE

Let go of that breath – – stop waiting to exhale.  Breathe deeply.  Then ask yourself if you are ready to rotate and adjust your perspective.  To make the necessary adjustments to reclaim what has been taken from you, your family, and your association. To rebuild and reemerge.  Are you prepared to rethink life going forward?  You don’t have to tackle this all at once – – that would be overwhelming and probably counter-productive right now, especially if you’re struggling. But even just thinking about it and considering your direction can inspire you.

It’s okay to not be okay, but giving up is not okay, and it’s okay to exhale!  Just breathe!
