TULARE – RECORDING POLICY

In order to avoid interference, delay, or disruption in the delivery of court services and to protect the privacy interests of the public and of court staff, the court has adopted a policy limiting audio and video recording within court facilities.

Effective June 26, 2016, any and all “photographing” and/or “recording” of people, things, conversations or proceedings is prohibited in any court or court related facility.

The policy, in it’s entirety, is posted in all court service locations and is available from Court Administration upon request.
