On June 13, 2016 personal identifying information of 34 litigants may have been accessed through the computer kiosk in the courthouse records room. The court identified the individuals whose records may have been accessed and will be sending a letter to each person informing them of the nature of the possible disclosure and what resources are available. The court took prompt action and the appropriate security settings have been restored to the courthouse computer kiosks.
