Carrie Snuggs is currently the Chief Deputy of Operations for the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside. She has earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the California Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the University of Redlands. Nominated by their peers for demonstrating academic excellence and leadership, she was inducted to the Whitehead Leadership Society at the University of Redlands. In 2024, she will have worked for the Riverside Superior Court for 29 years in various positions and case types. Her main role as the Chief Deputy of Operations is to direct the overall management of court operations and the strategic initiatives of the court. Carrie has been a member of the National Association of Court Managers (NAMC) since 2008. On a personal note, she enjoys photography and spending time with her family. Click here for the flyer.
