    Is it a requirement to file the Income and Expense Declarations when a dissolution is uncontested?

    As long as you serve the DOD and file the Declaration re service of DOD, as well as the Stip and Waiver of Final DOD with or before you submit the Judgment, no need to file it. HOWEVER always check with your local rules.
