    Does anyone know if we need to submit any kind of cover page or additional document, aside from our Ex Parte Application, MPA, Dec, and Proposed Order for an ex parte filing in Sacramento? Thanks!

    When doing out of County filings, I always go through their local forms, to see if there is anything that relates to what I am filing. You may try that. Or just call the Clerk, they have been super helpful. Good luck! See you in San Diego! Tanya
