Hello!
We currently use Microsoft 365. All our documents are maintained on OneDrive and Sharepoint. I have had nothing but issues saving documents, specifically Pleadings, as a docx file. Our IT went through this several times now and it appears to be a “cloud” issue and our work around is that I just save everything as an older version of word (97-2003). Most recent issue now is that autosave is no longer compatible with the older versions of word. I was able to download a template from Microsoft that is a legal pleading template but needed some tweaking and it almost worked until the second page. The second page starts a line below where it is supposed to.
Has anyone had any similar issues? I have tried to find templates to purchase but cannot find what I am looking for.
Is it only me having this problem?
