The Court will use the services of Court Call for all telephonic appearances during oral argument, effective July 1, 2014. Effective July 1, 2014, any party appearing telephonically for oral argument shall use Court Call. Parties must make reservations on Court Call’s website or by calling 1-866-582-6878 to schedule a telephonic appearance for oral argument.
The Court no longer requires prior notification or an Application when bringing e-devices to oral argument. (Jan 1, 2014)
