The ethical dilemma of reporting professional misconduct is one that every legal professional may face. In this thought-provoking webinar, we’ll explore Rule 8.3 of the Rules of Professional Conduct, which requires the reporting the misconduct lawyers under certain circumstances. Is it an obligation to rat out colleagues and/or employer, or is it an act of professional responsibility? Join us for an in-depth discussion of this crucial ethical issue in legal practice.

Bethany S. Ensz, M.S., is a Legal Research and Analysis instructor at UCSD Division of Extended Studies. She previously worked as a corporate paralegal and office manager at Breakwater Law Group, LLP, and held positions at Sheppard Mullin and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (now Dentons). Bethany holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University and an M.S. in Legal Studies from the University of San Diego School of Law. She earned her paralegal certificate from UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies, where she was inducted into the LEX Honor Society. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
