When a party has responded to discovery in bad faith, it may be necessary to file a motion to compel the production of documents, further responses to discovery, etc. The court may award sanctions for the misuse of the discovery process. This webinar will go over the motion to compel process in the California superior court from pre-motion requirements to sanctions possibly being awarded.
