General Order 22.01, Order Adopting Revisions to the Local Bankruptcy Rules

                                   Notice and opportunity for public comment having been given in accordance with Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9029, and those comments received having been duly reviewed and considered by the Court,

                                   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the local Bankruptcy Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California, are amended to add Rule 2002-2 and amend Rules 1007-1 and 914-1 as reflected in the attached redlined version.

Local Rules Amendments Effective April 15, 2022

Amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules are effective April 15, 2022. The amendments consist of new rules 1007-7 and 7001.1-1.

1007-7. Required Form and Timing. A nongovernmental corporate debtor must file a corporate ownership statement at the time of the petition and as a separate docket item using Local Form CSD 1007-7.

                                   Rule 7007.1. Corporate Ownership Statement

7007.1-1. Required Form and Timing. In adversary proceedings, a nongovernmental corporate party other than the debtor must file a corporate ownership statement upon its first appearance in the case and as a separate docket item using Local Form CSD 1007-7.
