The Sacramento Superior Court is pleased to announce that on Tuesday (December 15, 2015) the membership of the UPE Office-Technical Unit ratified the Tentative Agreement the Court reached with the Union’s Board last Friday. With this agreement in place, the Court will now have three year contracts with each of the Unions representing its dedicated and able staff.
