Riverside County Superior Court – Notice of Transfer of Civil and Probate Cases from Indio & Palm Springs

Commencing July 29, 2013, the Riverside County Superior Court, Larson Justice Center, located in Indio, will no longer hear limited or unlimited civil matters, including unlawful detainers.  Furthermore, the Riverside Superior Court located in Palm Springs, will no longer be hearing Probate matters effective July 29, 2013.

All civil and unlawful matters scheduled to be heard on or after July 29. 2013, will be transferred to specific departments of the Palm Springs Court designated below.

Additionally, all probate matters schedule for hearing on or after July 29. 2013, will be transferred to Dept 2H at the Larson Justice Center in the Indio Court.

*All civil and unlawful detainer documents must be filed in the Civil Clerk’s office in the Palm Sprints Court located at 3255 . Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92662.

*All probate matters must be filed at the Probate Clerk’s office located at 46200 Oasis Street, Indio, CA 92201.
