Effective December 18, 2017, Judge Joanne Motoike is designated as the Presiding Judge of the Juvenile Court in Orange County. Judge Joanne Motoike will be assigned to Department L21 at the Lamoreaux Justice Center. Cases assigned to Judge Maria Hernandez through December 17, 2017 are reassigned for all purposes to Judge Joanne Motoike, on the effective date.
Effective January 2, 2018, Judge Craig E. Arthur will be assigned to Department L42 and Judge Antony C. Ufland will be assigned to Department L34 at the Lamoreaux Justice Center. Cases assigned to Judge Joanne Motoike through December 31, 2017, excluding CSEC and Girls Court cases, will be reassigned for all purposes to Judge Craig E. Arthur on the effective date. Cases assigned to Judge Craig E. Arthur through December 31, 2017, excluding Boys Court cases, will be assigned to Judge Antony C. Ufland, on the effective date.
