Mono County Superior Court
Effective Date: February 10, 2025
Case Types: Civil, Family Law, Adoption, and Small Claims
Details: eFiling is permissive (optional) for all parties. Self-represented litigants are encouraged but not required to eFile.
Los Angeles County Superior Court
Family Law eService Expansion: Effective Date: May 1, 2025
Details: Mandatory electronic service (eService) for attorneys in Family Law cases. Self-represented litigants may opt in.
Appeals in Civil Cases: Effective Date: February 10, 2025
Details: eService expanded to include appeals documents in Limited and Unlimited Civil cases.
San Bernardino County Superior Court
Effective Date: June 16, 2025
Case Types: Probate
Details: Mandatory eFiling for all documents submitted by attorneys in probate cases.
Orange County Superior Court
Family Law eService: Effective Date: July 1, 2025
Details: Mandatory electronic service for counsel representing parties in Family Law cases.
General eFiling:
Details: Mandatory eFiling for attorneys in probate, limited civil, unlimited civil, and complex civil actions. Self-represented parties are exempt but encouraged to eFile.
Inyo County Superior Court
Anticipated Availability: June 2025
Details: eFiling services expected to become available.
