Monterey County Superior Court has announced temporary changes to electronic filing and telephone hours to enable them to transition to a new case management system, effective January 20, 2026. Effective Sunday, January 4, 2026, efilings will no longer be accepted through the File & Serve platform. From January 5 through January 19, 2026, only paper filings will be accepted. On January 20, 2026, efiling will resume via Journal Technology’s Court Portal. The Court’s public phone lines will be reduced to 8:30 a.m. to noon from January 5, 2026 through January 30, 2026.
