LPI 6-Week Summer Health Challenge 2024!

This is a health challenge not a weight loss challenge. This program is focused on creating sustainable health changes within a busy life.

DATES: June 12, 2024 – July 24, 2024
Cost: $30 (All monies collected goes back to the participants.)

The class meets each week at 6:00PM on Wednesdays on Zoom.

What you get:
- 6-weeks of group health training from a Certified Personal Trainer
- A new fitness class every week via Zoom, with three levels of activity (easy, moderate & advanced)

- Every penny collected goes back to the participants.
- This is a points based system, so all fitness levels are welcome.
- At the end of the 6-weeks, there will be two grand prize winners!
