Effective February 2, 2018, family law case files will be maintained electronically and will constitute the official record as follows:
- All documents filed on or after January 2, 2018; and
- All case files with hearings on or after January 2, 2018, regardless of the filing date.
Members of the public and attorneys will have the ability to view and request copies of electronic documents from any public access terminal located in the Clerk’s Office.
To expedite scanning of documents, all pleadings are to be filed in the Clerk’s Office, except as required by law.
