Central Civil West Courthouse Announces Complex Litigation Judicial Changes

Effective August 1, 2014, Judge Amy D. Hogue has been assigned to the Central Civil West Courthouse, Department 322, and designated as the judicial officer in place of Judge Lee Edmon. All civil cases previously assigned to, and which remained pending before, Judge Edmon as of the end of business on July 31, 2014, shall thereafter be assigned for all purposes to Judge Hogue.

Effective August 12, 2014, Judge Hogue is relocating within the Central Civil West Courthouse from Department 322 to Department 307.

Effective August 12, 2014, Judge William F. Highberger is relocating within the Central Civil West Courthouse from Department 307 to Department 322.

All matters currently on calendar in the reassigned cases shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set.

Counsel and parties are instructed to identify the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page, beneath the case number, on all documents filed with the clerk to assure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and distribution of documents.
