What exactly is the Commission on Judicial Performance and what authority do they have? Mr. Dresser will go into detail as to the composition of the Commission and procedures.

Gregory Dresser became the Director-Chief Counsel at the California Commission on Judicial Performance in October 2017.

For two and one-half years before that, Mr. Dresser was part of the executive team in the Office of the Chief Trial Counsel of the State Bar of California, including serving as interim Chief Trial Counsel for more than a year.

Prior to his work for the State Bar, Mr. Dresser was a litigation and trial attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco for more than 25 years.

Mr. Dresser received his law degree from the University of Chicago, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
