ELECTRONIC FILING AMENDMENT TO LOCAL RULE 16
Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 8.70, the Court extends the effective date for the requirement that all criminal, juvenile, and original proceedings be filed through the Court’s electronic filing system (EFS) to June 2, 2014. No criminal, juvenile, or original proceeding may be filed through the court’s EFS prior to that date.
