Take the mystery out of eDiscovery with this practical, interactive workshop. Participants will explore the eDiscovery process, including electronically stored information (ESI), preservation and collection, processing, document review, production, and the technology used along the way. Through real-world examples, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, attendees will learn how eDiscovery works in practice, navigate common software tools and workflows, and identify and avoid common pitfalls.
