About Heather L. Rosing, Esq.

Heather L. Rosing is a Founding Partner of Rosing Pott & Strohbehn and leads the firm’s Complex Litigation and Professional Liability Department and its Discipline Defense, Ethics, and Risk Management Department. A Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law, she is widely recognized for her work in complex litigation, professional negligence, fraud, fiduciary duty, and legal ethics matters. She also represents professionals in administrative and disciplinary proceedings, including matters before the State Bar of California and the Commission on Judicial Performance.

About Joanna Lee Mischer, Esq.

Joanna Lee Mischer focuses her practice on professional liability, risk management, and legal ethics for lawyers and law firms. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Legal Ethics Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco and also represents judicial officers before the California Commission on Judicial Performance. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), she regularly speaks and writes on ethics, risk management, privacy, cybersecurity, and technology competence.
