Complex litigation brings added layers of procedure, cost, and coordination—and paralegals and legal administrators are at the center of it all. This session breaks down what makes a case “complex,” who determines that designation, and how it shapes filing requirements, fees, and deadlines for all parties.
Learn how to stay ahead of critical timelines, manage required forms, and effectively work with third-party vendors for case management and tracking. Walk away with practical strategies to keep complex cases organized, compliant, and on track from start to finish.
Thomas (T.J.) Martin is an attorney in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Palo Alto office, where he focuses on securities class action, general commercial litigation, and corporate governance litigation. After finishing his law degree, T.J. served as a law clerk from 1990 to 1991 to the Honorable Wm. Matthew Byrne, Jr., United States District Court for the Central District of California.
