Effective January 1, 2018, Code of Civil Procedure section 271 was amended to require the reporter to provide transcripts in electronic form unless certain exceptions apply. California Rules of Court, rule 8.144 was also amended to provide requirements for reporter’s transcripts delivered in electronic form. In addition to the requirements listed in rule 8.144(b) and (d), please follow additional preferred formatting guidelines for reporter’s transcripts delivered in electronic form to this court.
