Effective January 2022, the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division One, is restoring in-person arguments as previously announced on November 16, 2021. Since that announcement, the court has updated the safety protocols for COVID-19 as of December 9, 2021.
The court is now requiring those attending in person to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result 48 hours prior to the hearing.
