The Court is pleased to announce the launch of the Attorney Case-Opening Pilot Project. Starting today, attorneys may open civil cases, electronically file complaints, and pay the filing fee on-line in the following types of cases:
(1) patent, trademark, and copyright;
(2) student loan; and
(3) Employment Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”).
