Starting Oct 6, 2014, those persons who want to pay fines and fees related to traffic violations, and/or Traffic Violator School Fees, will be able to pay their fees in installments through a third-party vendor operating on the Alameda County Superior Court’s web site.
Installment payments are calculated on the web site according to the participant’s choice of (a) number of monthly payments (up to 12 monthly payments for less than $1000 in fees and fines, or 24 monthly payments for over $1000 in fees and fines), or (b) the amount participants want to pay per month (minimum $15 per month).
Additional fees for using the site include a $35 enrollment fee and a $6 charge per month for the third party vendor. Site visitors can also confirm the Court’s receipt of a Traffic School Certificate of Completion, or extend the due date for Traffic School completion.
