New Location for Juvenile Division: February 11, 2026

On Friday, February 13, 2026, the Juvenile Division of the Madera County Superior Court opened to the public a newly constructed location in the courthouse. The Juvenile Division remains on the 3rd floor, and visitors will take a left as the exit the public elevators.  This move is the first of a reconfiguration project to pave way for a new courtroom to better serve the public.

The Court has issued Administrative Order 26-01 concerning electronic filing requirements in all non-Criminal cases. Please see Administrative Order 26-01. Under the Order, each document requiring a file stamp must be filed as a separate PDF in its own transaction with a unique receipt. Case initiation documents may continue to be filed as a bundle. All filings must comply with the California Rules of Court and Marin County Local Rules. Noncompliant filings pursuant to the Order may be rejected beginning Monday, April 6, 2026.
