USBC – CENTRAL DISTRICT – NEW SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2017 (LBR 9011-1/COURT MANUAL SECTION 3.4)

On December 1, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California will implement a significant change in its signature requirements for documents filed through CM/ECF.

As of December 1, 2017, the Electronic Filing Declaration will not be accepted for CM/ECF filings.
