In response to significant budget cuts over the last several years, the Tehama Superior Court had to implement various cost reduction measures, including the reduction of public window and telephone hours for the Court Clerk’s Office. While Court operating revenues have only partially recovered, the Court’s judicial officers and staff have been working hard to revise operations in order to continue to provide access to justice, create efficiencies and more effective services to the public. One result of these efforts is that the Court is now able to announce the expansion of the Clerk’s Office hours as follows:
• Effective May 1, 2016, the Tehama County Superior Court Clerks Offices will be open to the public via telephone and through counter service from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except Court holidays.
