Effective April 12, 2017, the East County Courthouse at 250 E. Main Street will change the location or time for setting various matters, impacting Departments 4 and 16.
• Misdemeanor Readiness Conferences, currently heard in Department 4 on Wednesday mornings at 8:30 a.m., will move to Wednesday afternoons at 1:30 p.m. in Department 4.
• Drug Court, currently heard in Department 16 on Thursday afternoons at 1:30 p.m., will be heard on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in Department 4.
All Drug Court hearings currently scheduled for hearing after April 12, 2017, will be rescheduled to Department 4.
Any new matters set to be heard on or after April 12th will be set according to the above changes effective immediately. Matters currently set in Department 4 on Wednesdays mornings on April 12th or later, will remain as set.
