The following civil filings and calendar changes will effect Corona and Moreno Valley Courthouses.
CIVIL – CORONA COURTHOUSE
Effective Monday January 7, 2019, Unlawful Detainers, Small Claims, Civil Harassment Orders, Civil Limited (including collection cases), Small Claim Trials De Novo and the following Petitions: Name Change, Claim of Exemptions, Judgment Debtor Exams, Structured Settlements, Emancipation, Labor Commission Appeals, Unresolved/Surplus Claims, Vicious/Dangerous Dogs, Petitions to Compel Arbitration, Confirm and Vacate Arbitration Award and other miscellaneous petitions stemming from the jurisdictional boundaries outlined below, shall be filed and heard at the following court location:
Corona Courthouse
505 S. Buena Vista (Room 201)
Corona, CA 92882
NOTE: All documents concerning these proceedings shall continue to be filed at the current court locations through Friday January 4, 2019:
