Unclaimed, undeliverable, returned and stale dated checks, and other monies held in the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino Trust Accounts are regularly transferred into the Local or State Funds in accordance with Government Code Sections 50050, 50051, 50052, 50052.5, 68084.1; Penal Code 1420, 1421, and 1463.006.
Notice has been given that the Court intends to perform a transfer of these funds effective April 9, 2018. To request payment of unclaimed funds, claims for refunds must be received no later than March 15, 2018.
