As of Jan. 3, 2017, the Los Angeles Superior Court Central Family Law Division at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles 90012, implemented changes to a judicial assignment causing cases to be reassigned to a new judicial officer.
Department 43 Pre-Trial & Post Judgment Calendar: Judge Amy Pellman
As of Jan. 3, 2017, all matters currently assigned and calendared in Department 43 to Judge Michael E. Whitaker were reassigned to Judge Amy Pellman in Department 43 and shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified.
Counsel and parties are instructed to identify the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk, beneath the case number, to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings, and distribution of documents.
All family law documents are to be filed at the Family Law Filing Window in Room 426, located on the fourth floor of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
