California State Courts: Changes to Local Rules

Fifteen Counties within the California State Court System have posted information about updates and/or amendments to their Local Rules Effective January 1, 2023.

Amador County Superior Court: Invites Comment on Updates to Local Rules of Court

The Amador County Superior Court (“Court”) invites comment on the proposed Local Rules of Court, effective January 1, 2023.

To view the proposed Local Rules, visit the Court’s website at www.amadorcourt.org and select Forms & Local Rules, then Local Rules. The Court will accept comments on the proposed amendments through November 14, 2022. Comments must be submitted in writing via email to dharmon@amadorcourt.org or by mail to the attention of the CEO.

Lassen County Superior Court: Proposed Local Rules

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the Lassen Superior Court is seeking public comments regarding the proposed changes to the Local Rules of Court, Effective January 1, 2023.

San Francisco County Superior Court: Notice of Public Comment Period on Proposed Changes to Local Rules Effective January 1, 2023

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(2), the San Francisco Superior Court is providing notice that the public comment period for the proposed changes to the Local Rules effective January 1, 2023, has commenced. The comment period will run from September 14, 2022, through October 28, 2022.

San Mateo County Superior Court: Changes to Local Rules

The Court is making changes to its Local Court Rules. These new changes will become effective on the date indicated in the proposal. The Court invites you to review and provide your comment on these proposals as afforded pursuant to the State of California Rules of Court, Rules 10.613 and 10.815.

Sierra County Superior Court: Changes to Local Rules

The Sierra County Superior Court invites comment on the proposed update to its Local Rules of Court, effective January 1, 2023.

The Court will accept comments through November 16, 2022. Comments must be submitted in writing via e-mail to superiorcourt@sierracourt.org or by mail to the attention of the Court Administration.
